Responsibilities
- Work closely with other researchers to design and execute studies using the right methodology for the right questions
- Interpret and analyze data leading to insights
- Abstract and develop personas and usage scenarios
- Analyze user feedback and activity, iterate to enhance the user experience
- Communicate insights in creative and compelling ways to create empathy with different cross-functional teams
- Preferred but not limited to Bachelors / Masters in Human behavior related field such as Design, Media Studies, Psychology, and Sociology
- Knowledge of qualitative research methods
- Prior experience of conducting research for professional/personal/academic projects will be an add-on
- Ability to work in a fast-moving organization
