Project Tasks:
- The selected students will be provided with the data of inactive agents by the company.
- The students will be required to make calls per day and initiate a conversation with the leads.
- Once the conversation is initiated, the students have to ask the reason for their inactiveness and help them to reactivate their agent's account (Reactivated agent shall mean the agents transacting for a minimum value of one domestic one-way ticket or any other product/s worth Rs 4,000).
- In addition to this, the student will also be required to make a sale of the Yatra dongle to the agents.
Project Training:
Interns will go through a Comprehensive Training with the Yatra team before they get started on the Internship deliverable this will make them equipped to manage performance expectations.
Selection Process:
- If shortlisted on the project, you will get to know within 7 days of application. You will receive an email with the details of a Pre-selection Task that you will need to complete in order to qualify for selection. You will also be notified of the same via SMS & App Notification (Download our App from Google Play to get instant notifications and access all project dashboard features).
- Once you have completed the Pre-selection Task, the Project Manager will check your performance in the same and accordingly select you for the project. Once selected, you will be again notified via Email, SMS & App Notification.
Note: Please remain patient in case you don't receive a Shortlisted or Selection Mails within 7 days of application or completing the Preselection Task. We take a little more time in sending rejection emails since we want to be sure. The same will take up to 30 days.
