It provides a level playing field of knowledge, where each persons’ curiosity and perseverance will broaden ones’ horizon.
The club activities, academics, etc. provide an all-round experience in management.
My only advice (if it's of any importance) would be to quote Steve Jobs quoting the following:
‘Stay hungry. Stay foolish.’
